Hilton Hotels Kick Out Katrina Survivors

Those darn Katrina evacuees. They insist on having shelter and extra stuff like water and light. It's about time that hotels like Hilton kick them out and put them back on the streets.

(That's sarcasm, just in case it wasn't clear.)

I don't mean to pick on Hilton, as I'm sure many hotels are wondering how long they will be expected to house Katrina survivors. But really, guys, do you need to call the cops on them? Don'tcha think they've been through a lot already?

I guess Paris needs a new outfit for her latest TV show.

If this ticks you off, make yourself heard at http://hiltonworldwide.hilton.com/en/ww/feedback/index.jhtml, or call 1-800-445-8667.

  • The Katrina survivors were very violent and animalistic (shooting rescue helicopters, etc). It's no wonder that a decent hotel wasn't going to let them come in and probably steal and deface their property. Let's try to get over the entitlement mentality and start exercising some personal responsibility.
